Great tips, although I find a buyer will pay for upgrades. They don’t necessarily know why they like the overly upgraded house, but they likely will pay more for the house with all the gadgets because it has value in it overall.

Home staging is not a gimmick. What it allows you to do is show your home in its best possible light. There’s nothing phony about it. It’s the same as if you were going to sell your car, obviously you would clean and vacuum the inside and give it a thorough washing inside and out.
